Own and grow the Charlotte territory by developing contractor and dealer relationships, generating new business, conducting product training, maintaining merchandising, and supporting sales events. Use CRM and Power BI to identify growth opportunities and follow a structured sales process. The role requires travel throughout the territory and occasional travel to Canada for training and meetings.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and commercial stakeholders to drive product specifications into project designs. Generate pipeline by identifying opportunities early, deliver presentations and CEUs, support conversions with distributors and sales teams, track activity in CRM, and represent the company at industry events to increase market penetration and project conversions.
