Own benefits administration and leave management across US, UK, Canada and EOR markets. Serve as primary employee contact for benefits and leave, manage relationships with providers, run open enrollment and audits, maintain HRIS accuracy, partner with Finance/payroll, and create education materials to drive utilization and compliance.

Own go-to-market for Coaching and Personnel product categories: gather market, customer, and competitive insights; define positioning and messaging; lead product launches and multi-channel campaigns; build enablement, playbooks, and training for Sales and CS; use Customer.io to drive adoption; define and track KPIs; create AI-driven workflows and partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to grow adoption.

Sell and grow Teamworks Performance products to Division I programs: own DI pipeline, lead consultative discovery with performance and athletic staff, partner with Customer Success for expansion/renewals, represent Teamworks at events, and feed market intelligence to product and marketing.

Sell Teamworks EMR and Strength & Conditioning products to non-DI college performance staff. Build territory pipeline, lead practitioner-level discovery with athletic trainers and S&C coaches, partner on onboarding and renewals, and demonstrate practical value to budget-conscious programs.

Define and lead the technical architecture for a lakehouse on AWS, build production pipelines and data models for time-series and multi-source data, introduce data governance and catalog foundations, author platform playbooks (ADRs, runbooks, Terraform modules), deliver projects end-to-end, and mentor engineers while representing the platform to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead and ship Teamworks AI products (Ask Teamworks and AI-native agents), own foundational AI platform and standards, drive roadmap for agentic workflows, define evaluation/grounding policies, measure product success (query success, time-to-answer, DAU, NPS), and enable other PMs to adopt AI patterns across the product suite.
