Lead multiple engineering teams owning the patient journey, plus QA and Product Support across apps. Manage managers, set technical quality standards, stay hands-on in code, adopt AI-assisted development, solve cross-team reliability and observability problems, and partner with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-value patient experiences.

Hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing organic acquisition initiatives across content-driven and technical SEO, AEO, and emerging discovery channels. Owns end-to-end delivery: scoping, launching, measuring, and iterating on content, pages, and experiments. Partners cross-functionally and with agencies/freelancers, leverages AI tools to scale output, and uses SEO/AEO and BI tools to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

Own and scale Talkiatry's paid search program across Google, Bing, and ZocDoc. Lead forecasting, budgeting, bidding, account structure, and testing. Build marginal CAC and spend-sensitivity models, run rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments, integrate downstream LTV/retention signals into bidding, and partner with Analytics, Finance, and Ops to optimize acquisition efficiency and budget allocation.

Build and maintain ingestion pipelines, Python services, and dbt models on AWS and Snowflake. Own operational on-call responsibilities, migrate pipelines to Airflow, contribute to CI/CD, collaborate with BI/Analytics, and mentor junior teammates.

Senior individual contributor who drives product analytics, experimentation, and applied modeling. Owns growth and performance analyses, designs experiments with robust statistical evaluation, builds repeatable reporting, and partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Clinical, and Finance to translate data into actionable product and operational decisions.

Lead clinician-facing marketing: develop employer brand and messaging, run paid and organic recruitment campaigns, manage agencies, conduct clinician research, partner cross-functionally, and track recruitment metrics to deliver qualified clinician hires.

Build and deploy production AI capabilities for mental healthcare: full‑stack development, agentic systems, RAG and retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, observability, CI/CD, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure safe, reliable AI in clinical workflows.

Lead development of scalable marketing data models, pipelines, and BI solutions. Partner with Marketing to define metrics, build dashboards, enable self-service analytics, and drive data governance and best practices.
