Operate and maintain multi-cloud AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP environments using Infrastructure as Code and SRE practices. Develop CI/CD automation, scripts, and deployment infrastructure across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Improve observability, resilience, IAM, networking, and security governance while onboarding FedRAMP cloud services. The role requires cloud experience across at least four relevant areas, including Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, scripting, security testing, and cloud architecture.

Manages ServiceNow queues, ticket triage, assignments, SLA and KPI reporting, account submissions and recertifications, vulnerability coordination, AWS Health Alerts, system and website monitoring, service account password changes, audit artifact collection, and AWS/Azure inventory reporting. The role coordinates with security, engineering, administration, and business stakeholders to resolve alerts, track remediation milestones, and support federal cloud operations.

Designs, deploys, configures, and supports cloud network infrastructure across Azure, OCI, GCP, and AWS. Manages Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls, VPNs, routers, load balancers, subnets, security groups, and network access controls. Performs network monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and Level 2/3 support. Uses Terraform for infrastructure automation and supports EKS clusters, cloud security, IAM, STIGs, and vulnerability management. Participates in a required 24/7 on-call rotation.
