Lead client-level and market-level marketing for Specialty & Wellness focus markets. Develop and execute multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns, build acquisition and lifecycle communications, create partner enablement materials, and measure/optimize performance. Act as primary marketing contact for partners and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Analytics, Product, and agencies.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits for finance, platforms, and regulatory reporting. Plan audits, perform process walkthroughs, document controls and deficiencies, prepare audit deliverables, validate remediation, advise stakeholders, and maintain IIA standards and regulatory awareness.

Lead and run Cyber Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Hunt programs to translate threat signals into detections, hunts, playbooks, and mitigations. Partner with JSOC, IR, vulnerability and engineering teams to reduce adversary dwell time, validate detections via purple teams/attacks, maintain detection lifecycle and backlog, and deliver measurable detection improvements across endpoint, network, cloud, identity, and edge environments.

Lead enterprise Information Lifecycle Management program: define ILM strategy, maintain retention/disposition policies, coordinate legal hold, partner with Legal/Security/Privacy/IT, drive cross-functional implementation, reporting, change management, and support audits and program governance.

Lead and deliver a global multi-cloud cryptography program (PKI, key/secrets management, tokenization), design and implement encryption and cloud security solutions, drive automation/DevSecOps, act as technical lead and SAFe product owner, mentor teams, ensure compliance and operational readiness, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver cryptography roadmap.

Serve as HR business partner for Operations hubs (Charlotte, Kansas City), driving staffing, retention, succession, talent development, employee relations, change management, and engagement. Coach leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, lead HR initiatives, and support hub-wide programs while ensuring high-quality HR service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Lead development and execution of digital collections contact strategies (email, SMS, mobile app) using advanced analytics, predictive modeling and segmentation. Design, test, and implement targeted campaigns, validate models, monitor performance, ensure governance and compliance, partner with Operations/IT/Legal/Compliance, produce reporting and forecasts, drive automation and process improvements, and present results to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead and mentor iOS development teams to design, build, test, release, and support high-quality mobile applications. Drive architecture, code reviews, CI/CD adoption, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business and security standards.

Lead planning and execution of internal audits for Treasury, Capital Management, and Stress Testing. Perform process walkthroughs, document workpapers, identify control gaps, present findings, and maintain audit competency and stakeholder relationships.
