Leads Synchrony’s relationship with Ashley’s independent retail licensees, overseeing portfolio growth, profitability, partner engagement, and business development. Builds strategic relationships with licensees and Ashley corporate leaders, conducts business reviews, translates performance data into actionable strategies, supports onboarding and credit program adoption, and coordinates cross-functional issue resolution. Owns assigned initiatives from planning through execution, including budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Lead the Payment Hub product roadmap and OKRs, define payment processes and requirements, prioritize backlog, collaborate with cross-functional partners, oversee UAT and release/change management, and deliver payment/treasury product initiatives on time and within budget.

Serve as HR business partner for Operations hubs (Charlotte, Kansas City), driving staffing, retention, succession, talent development, employee relations, change management, and engagement. Coach leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, lead HR initiatives, and support hub-wide programs while ensuring high-quality HR service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and mentor iOS development teams to design, build, test, release, and support high-quality mobile applications. Drive architecture, code reviews, CI/CD adoption, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business and security standards.
