Develop natural sync and async APIs, manage typing, packaging, testing, release automation, documentation, and issue triage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and open-source contributors, support multiple Python environments, maintain WebSocket functionality, and design migration paths for API changes. Work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment while making the SDK accessible to developers and AI coding agents.

Embed with service teams to define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, run Operational Readiness Reviews, improve incident-to-improvement pipelines, advise on resilience and architecture, reduce operational toil through automation, and shape org-wide on-call practices and operational maturity.

Build and maintain FinOps data pipelines, BigQuery and dbt models, cost attribution systems, forecasting and anomaly detection models, and cost-versus-revenue analytics. Identify and implement AWS and GCP savings opportunities, automate governance with Python, Terraform, and Lambda, and partner with Engineering, Finance, Product, and leadership on cloud costs, forecasting, reporting, and architecture decisions.
