Leads business development for utility-scale battery energy storage systems, including opportunity origination, pipeline development, customer and partner relationships, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and project teams on EPC opportunities. Monitors energy storage markets, regulations, interconnection, capacity markets, and emerging technologies while supporting pricing, project economics, forecasting, and strategic partnerships.

Leads strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, procurement schedules, expediting, and supplier performance for substation and transmission and distribution projects. Oversees high-value equipment and material procurement while balancing cost, quality, schedule, and contract requirements. Builds qualified supplier networks, establishes procurement controls and KPIs, and partners with engineering, project management, construction, and finance teams.

Leads utility-scale solar, battery storage, and repowering EPC projects from pre-construction through completion. Manages project teams, forecasts, schedules, estimates, supply-chain buyouts, customer relationships, reporting, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Oversees Project Engineers and Construction Management personnel while identifying project risks, opportunities, and strategies for successful delivery.

Manages the full contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar and EPC infrastructure projects, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, change orders, claims, compliance, and closeout. Advises project teams on commercial risks, obligations, performance guarantees, and dispute resolution. Partners with legal, procurement, engineering, construction, project management, and finance teams to align contracts with project goals, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Supports audits and improves contract management processes.

Owns project accounting for EPC and construction projects, including cost tracking, budgets, commitments, forecasts, monthly close, WIP, percentage-of-completion accounting, billings, reconciliations, and profitability analysis. Partners with project management, procurement, project controls, and corporate accounting to identify variances, maintain accurate financial records, support cash-flow forecasting, and improve project financial performance.
