Leads hydrologic and hydraulic design for transportation projects, serving as a discipline or sub-discipline lead. The role requires extensive transportation drainage experience, leadership, client liaison skills, a Civil Engineering degree, 10–15+ years of experience, and a Professional Engineer license.

Administers commercial matters for architecture and engineering projects, including risk identification, cost control, forecasting, change orders, claims, sub-consultant agreements, contractual correspondence, operating statements, and cost-to-complete reporting. The role supports commercial strategy, maintains project records and logs, monitors liabilities, and helps protect and improve financial performance.

The Traffic Design Engineer will develop traffic signal designs, prepare ITS designs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Design and lead stormwater and drainage engineering for transportation projects: prepare hydrologic/hydraulic studies, stormwater permits, plans, specifications, cost estimates; mentor junior staff; serve as Engineer of Record and discipline lead; coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.

Manage project cost control for engineering and construction projects, ensuring budget compliance and financial accountability; prepare cost estimates, monitor project expenditures, and provide financial analyses.
