Own growth and performance for Kits AI across funnel optimization, activation, retention, pricing, and monetization. Productize ML capabilities into creator-facing workflows, partner with research and engineering, run experiments and analytics (e.g., Amplitude), conduct customer research, and leverage AI tools to accelerate shipping and internal insight systems.

Lead growth-focused product design across acquisition, onboarding, subscription/paywall, referrals, and lifecycle. Define measurable experiments, design variants, analyze results, and ship work that moves conversion and retention metrics. Partner with Principal Designer, PMs, engineers, and data scientists, contribute to the design system, and use AI-native tools in daily workflow.

Lead design and implementation of the audio engine for Splice's DAW plugins and desktop app. Drive complex technical initiatives, propose and implement cross-stack solutions, optimize performance, mentor engineers, author RFCs, and collaborate with product and design to shape user experience and roadmap. Deliver high-quality, production-ready audio software under tight deadlines.
