Minimal travel may be required for claim mediations.

Oversees onshore and offshore QA teams, establishes testing standards, develops test plans, performs SQL-based data validation and reconciliation, manages defects, evaluates reporting accuracy, provides quality metrics, and drives process improvements and automation.

Handle primary and excess general liability claims, provide technical oversight to third-party administrators, analyze coverage and exposures, manage counsel and litigation strategy, establish reserves, negotiate settlements, maintain accurate claim files, and support underwriting and actuarial teams during renewals.

Leads Salesforce development, enhancement, support, and delivery across a global organization. Manages a distributed team of developers and business analysts, partners with stakeholders on product roadmaps and requirements, and coordinates integrated solutions with architecture, infrastructure, security, data, QA, and business teams. Ensures SDLC, governance, testing, release, and change-management standards while managing risks, resources, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.

Manages and modernizes the global information security program across traditional, cloud, and SaaS environments. Oversees technical security controls, vulnerability management, alerting, incident response, SDLC security integration, security communications, regulatory alignment, risk prioritization, metrics, and security architecture. Leads hybrid teams and coordinates with operational teams, regulators, technical stakeholders, contractors, and managed service providers.
