“There are many things I like to brag about when talking about my job,” April Blum said. “The top things are flexibility, my amazing team, and constant change.” While Blum has valued Sojern’s flexible culture since joining the company in 2018, welcoming children in 2020 and 2023 made her appreciate it even more. “As any new parent can attest, it’s hard to balance parenthood, work and social life. In my time at Sojern, I’ve been so fortunate to receive a lengthy parental leave to spend time with my children and focus on myself and my family,” she said.
