The Account Manager ensures post-sale success and satisfaction for SmithRx customers by building relationships, managing client expectations, and resolving issues. They work with clients from implementation, develop success plans, and advocate for clients by coordinating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Lead long-range planning, unit-economics modeling, and scenario analysis to support senior leadership and fundraising. Build forecasting systems, define KPIs, partner cross-functionally on pricing and business cases, and deliver executive-ready materials to drive growth and profitability.
