SitusAMC Benefits Overview

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack software across front-end, application, and database layers. Design, test, debug, document, and deploy applications; troubleshoot complex customer issues; build reusable and maintainable components; manage Docker containerized applications; and work with PHP, AWS, REST APIs, databases, JavaScript, and React. Mentor software developers, advise on architecture, and support continuous technology improvement within a cross-functional team.

Provides post-go-live client support for SitusAMC software, triages and routes production issues, tracks resolutions, and supports UAT, QA, regression, configuration, workflow, integration, and release testing. Delivers client and internal training, validates defects, assists with implementation and production readiness, and develops expertise in software functionality and client workflows. The role requires mortgage or capital markets industry experience, client-facing software support experience, strong communication, organization, analytical judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
