Provides clinical expertise, customer support, product demonstrations, training, onboarding, and certification for Transpara Breast AI across the USA and Canada. Supports research initiatives, clinical adoption, customer engagement, NPS tracking, workshops, webinars, educational content, case curation, and customer feedback resolution. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management teams. Requires medical imaging experience, preferably in mammography or breast imaging AI, strong communication and training skills, and approximately 20% travel.

The Customer Success Manager will oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering training and value to clients in the medical imaging sector.

Lead and scale channel partnerships across the Americas for Transpara. Develop partner business plans, own channel revenue and ARR targets, enable partners with training, align GTM with Sales/Marketing/Product, manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM/PRM, conduct business reviews, and drive market expansion with 30–40% travel.

The Sales Director will drive sales growth in the Central USA for AI breast imaging products, manage the entire sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to enhance market presence.
