Owns revenue, profitability, and growth across wholesale retail, Amazon, DTC e-commerce, international accounts, and media channels. Responsibilities include managing major retail relationships, negotiating pricing and promotions, overseeing Amazon operations and advertising, setting channel architecture, forecasting, budgeting, and leading channel P&L reporting. The role also manages brokers and agencies, coordinates with Operations and Supply Chain, expands distribution, and protects brand positioning across markets.

Own and administer the CX tech stack, drive AI/automation and self-service, design API-supported workflows, manage Tier II backend operations, oversee Drift CX, and deliver CX reporting, dashboards, SOPs, and vendor/engineering partnerships to improve containment, reduce costs, and resolve systemic issues.

Source genuine full‑size fragrance through international parallel/gray‑market channels: identify and vet wholesalers/exporters, negotiate terms, verify authenticity and import documentation, manage sampling, quality checks, purchase orders and logistics, maintain supplier scorecards, and monitor legal/trademark risks alongside Quality and Legal.

Lead product management for Drift's Shopify-based DTC subscription and ecommerce experience. Define and prioritize digital product enhancements, run A/B tests, measure performance, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CX to drive conversion and customer delight.
