Perform tree climbing, pruning, removals, cable bracing, and equipment operation (chainsaw, aerial lifts) to maintain tree health. Follow safety standards, identify species and hazards, and work as part of a crew on client properties.

The Horticulturist will select and install flowers, maintain plant health, direct crews, and report daily tasks while ensuring quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include flower care, fine pruning, and site observations to promote healthy green spaces.

Own day-to-day relationships with national clients, investigate and resolve escalations, coordinate cross-functional field and commercial teams, manage scheduling/reporting/invoicing/compliance, drive account growth with business development, and lead regular client reviews to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Lead P&L and operational performance for ~50 branches across the Western US. Coach and develop district/branch managers, drive EBITDA, oversee integrations, enforce safety, staffing, sales effectiveness (Sandler), marketing alignment, and continuous improvement.

Own commercial compliance across contracts, COIs, bids/RFPs, prevailing wage research, and GSA Schedule administration. Review and redline contracts, track milestones, prepare bid documentation, submit GSA reports, and coordinate with payroll and external agencies to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
