Oversee individualized care plans with healthcare advocates, address medical and social needs, and collaborate with therapists and care teams. The physician will help shape an emerging care model focused on integrated behavioral and physical healthcare for geriatric patients.

Provides evidence-based virtual psychotherapy to older adults, develops personalized treatment plans, documents care using EMR and AI tools, and participates in case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, administrative support, telehealth technology, geriatric training, and clinical consultation.
