Supports overall apartment community management, including leasing, property showings, lease preparation, credit checks, move-in and move-out inspections, rent and deposit postings, resident communications, payroll administration, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, traffic tracking, and resident retention. Supervises on-site personnel during the Community Manager’s absence, assists with training and reporting, and may make bank deposits or attend meetings.

Manage all on-site property operations to maximize rental income, maintain physical condition, oversee financials and reporting, supervise staff and contractors, enforce Fair Housing, handle leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

Support day-to-day management of an apartment community: leasing, resident relations, rent/deposit accounting, payroll coordination, maintenance coordination, supervising staff in manager's absence, and administrative duties while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
