Leads engineering teams, coordinates with contractors and clients, negotiates terms, provides technical guidance, and ensures project profitability and customer satisfaction. The role may also support HVAC controls, low-voltage installation, commissioning, and industrial automation projects.

Leads building automation projects, guides engineering teams, supports proposals and customer relationships, and designs instrumentation, electrical panels, controls hardware, HMI systems, and PLC/DCS algorithms. Performs testing, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, calibration, tuning, documentation, customer acceptance testing, and training. Requires HVAC and plant utilities knowledge, controls programming experience, instrumentation selection skills, and familiarity with industrial automation platforms.
