Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Riskonnect’s GRC, GSP, and ARM SaaS product portfolio. Oversees product leaders, drives customer and market discovery, prioritizes investments, manages product lifecycles, and partners with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executives. The role owns growth, retention, adoption, modernization, integration, and product performance while championing data-driven and AI-enabled product practices.

Owns a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers, driving customer health, adoption, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manages stakeholder relationships, adoption and corrective action plans, issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, feature requests, and cross-functional improvements. Partners with account executives and success consultants while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customers realize product value.
