Lead M&A integration from diligence through post-close execution: create integration playbooks, coordinate cross-functional plans (product, GTM, people, finance, legal, security, systems), monitor KPIs/risks, support acquired teams, and document lessons learned to ensure transactions deliver intended value.

Design, build, and maintain Ruby on Rails APIs and React frontends; architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries; manage Docker/Kubernetes services and Terraform IaC; implement PKI/mTLS and secure authentication; solve offline data serialization/synchronization; own CI/CD pipelines and support mission-critical field deployments.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial modeling. Partner with functional leaders to translate strategy into targets, build dashboards and investor reporting, analyze budget vs. actuals, and support sales, revenue, and HR finance processes. Support scenario modeling, capital planning, and ensure basic government finance (FAR/DCAA) compliance.

Lead business development engagements with JSOC and Tier 1 SOF, translate operational needs into scalable software solutions, manage forward-deployed teams, drive capture from concept through deployment, partner with product and engineering to prototype and field mission-relevant capabilities, and maintain deep SOF relationships and acquisition pathway expertise.

Design, execute, and document manual and automated tests for Android and cloud systems. Create and maintain test cases, expand Espresso-based automation toward Jetpack Compose support, validate performance and UX, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure release quality.
