Serve as primary contact and technical expert for a commercial lines book: renew policies, bind new business, market additional coverage, evaluate carriers, use agency management systems, deliver timely service, and mentor junior staff.

Lead planning and execution of M&A integration workstreams (ERP, Finance, Tax, Treasury). Manage timelines, resources, stakeholders, and deliverables; drive alignment with senior leadership; run workstream meetings, track milestones, report status, escalate risks, and document lessons learned. Develop integration playbooks, coach team members, and recommend process improvements to ensure successful, timely integrations.
