Develop and validate AI-driven legal product capabilities using NLP, LLMs, generative AI, RAG, hybrid search, and agentic workflows. Analyze large-scale legal datasets, design model evaluation and benchmarking practices, translate experiments into product recommendations, collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams, and mentor data scientists while providing technical leadership.

Designs and develops secure, production-grade AI solutions for government patent-data workflows. Responsibilities include building generative AI applications, LLM and RAG capabilities, reusable services, APIs, evaluation frameworks, and integrations. Provides architecture guidance, establishes responsible-AI controls, evaluates technical alternatives, mentors engineering teams, and supports government demonstrations, proposals, and stakeholder engagements. The role grows toward end-to-end AI architecture and technical strategy ownership.

Owns new-business sales across large enterprise accounts, from prospecting and executive relationship development through solution design, negotiation, and contract signature. The role requires building pipeline, leading consultative discovery, navigating complex buying groups, shaping solutions involving SaaS, data, APIs, AI, and business intelligence, and achieving individual revenue targets. Collaboration with product, content, and solution experts is essential, along with accurate forecasting and strategic account planning.

Requires U.S. citizenship and CJIS-related background certification.

Writing and public-speaking intensive; frequent client-facing demos and up to ~25-30% travel.

Lead global AI-first transformation for legislative content: define strategy, prioritize AI-enabled content generation and workflows, deploy editorial AI tools, set standards, measure quality and outcomes, and build cross-functional capability and adoption.

Lead end-to-end delivery of client programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate cross-functional teams, gather and validate requirements, and drive PMO best practices to ensure successful client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Support legal content operations by conducting legal research and document analysis, managing content lifecycle and vendor relationships, developing dashboards and reports, and driving automation and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal content.
