Analyze operational and financial performance across parking facilities, including P&L results, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, labor productivity, and contract performance. Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, business cases, and ROI analyses using Power BI and Excel. Partner with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and leadership to identify performance gaps, improve efficiency, support bids and planning, and strengthen reporting processes and systems.

Analyze historical demand, occupancy, transactions and competitor pricing to optimize daily, monthly, and event pricing. Build dashboards, deliver revenue insights to leadership, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to implement pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining data integrity.
