Manages the full services sales lifecycle across a designated territory, from opportunity qualification and proposal development through contract negotiation, program delivery, and customer value realization. Responsibilities include forecasting bookings and revenue, growing territory revenue, designing complex solutions, meeting margin targets, managing escalations, coordinating delivery and technical teams, and developing strategic customer relationships. The role also mentors account specialists and frequently travels to meet customers.

Delivers hands-on Red Hat technology implementations for enterprise customers, helping build scalable and adaptable infrastructure. Collaborates on technical projects, documentation, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and project delivery. Uses Linux, configuration as code, scripting, automation, cloud, containers, and orchestration technologies. Provides customer enablement, mentors others, learns Red Hat solutions, travels frequently across North America, and develops toward technical leadership through training and increasingly complex implementations.

Senior consultant will design and implement OpenShift and container infrastructure on bare-metal and virtual platforms, focusing on networking, storage, security, automation (Ansible/Terraform/Helm), observability, Day-2 operations, VMware integration, and customer-facing delivery including workshops and knowledge transfer. Role involves frequent travel and intensive Kubernetes/OpenShift training.

Provides proactive technical and architectural guidance to enterprise partners implementing Red Hat Enterprise Linux solutions. Builds partner relationships, conducts technical reviews, troubleshoots and escalates incidents, advises on Red Hat products and cloud technologies, documents use cases, presents operational reviews, and coordinates with Engineering, Product Management, and Support. The role also develops solution patterns, mentors team members, and supports container, virtualization, automation, and cloud adoption. Regional travel to partner visits and events may be required.

Lead telco architecture engagements for customers across product, engineering, and operations. Design cloud-native, virtualized, and automated solutions (OpenShift, Kubernetes, NFV, SDN, virtualization, storage, networking). Collaborate across Red Hat teams, produce design documentation, mentor clients, and drive adoption of DevOps and automation to meet reliability and lifecycle goals. Travel to customer sites as needed.
