Collaborates with QA, Product Management, and DevOps to deliver software across web, desktop, cloud, and IoT environments. The role is remote for candidates in the Seattle or Los Angeles metropolitan areas, with quarterly travel to Los Angeles.

Leads Re:Build’s Forward Deployed Engineering team, hiring and developing engineers who deliver full-stack digital solutions across manufacturing sites and functions. Partners with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, guides technical delivery, establishes engineering standards, builds reusable delivery assets, measures solution impact, and promotes AI-assisted development tools. Requires strong software engineering, customer-facing delivery, people leadership, DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe, and cross-functional program management experience. The role includes approximately 25% domestic travel to customer sites.

Leads Re:Build Manufacturing’s U.S. government strategy and sales efforts across defense, energy, and industrial-base ecosystems. Develops federal opportunities, builds relationships with agencies, Congress, defense primes, and industry, shapes Washington policy positioning, and translates government priorities into funded commercial opportunities and internal investment decisions. Requires deep federal networks, defense-market expertise, acquisition and industrial-base policy fluency, and senior-level business development or government experience.

The IT Infrastructure Manager leads the infrastructure team, manages operations, and ensures secure, reliable systems while driving continuous improvement and aligning with business goals.

The Legal Operations Director will streamline legal processes, oversee legal technology, and enhance operational performance through strategic initiatives and metrics analysis.
