Oversee administrative operations across four offices and supervise five administrative professionals. Responsibilities include standardizing workflows, supporting corporate governance and compliance filings, coordinating board materials and shareholder meetings, managing retreats and client events, overseeing Charlotte office operations, handling vendors and budgets, and partnering with Finance, HR, Creative Services, and IT. The role requires strong communication, multi-office coordination, event planning, executive support, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative technology.

Provides financial consulting services to municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities. Develops Excel-based financial models, revenue projections, revenue requirements, cost allocations, rate and fee designs, bond feasibility studies, and related analyses. Communicates with clients, prepares reports and presentations, supports business development, manages multiple project deliverables, and leads junior staff. The role requires advanced Excel and database skills, strong communication, and overnight travel as needed.

Provides financial consulting services to municipal utilities through financial planning, revenue projections, cost-of-service analysis, rate and fee design, bond feasibility studies, and data analysis. Develops Excel-based financial models, validates usage data, prepares reports and presentations, communicates findings to clients, supports business development, and manages multiple project deliverables under senior staff guidance.

Coordinates proposal development and interview presentations by analyzing RFP requirements, creating compliance checklists, gathering content, proofreading, formatting documents, maintaining proposal materials, and managing production schedules. The role also produces and ships hard copies, customizes resumes and capability summaries, collaborates across teams and time zones, and supports related marketing tasks under tight deadlines.

Lead and manage a proposal team to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations. Improve proposal processes, collaborate with project managers on win themes, review and produce proposals (Word/PowerPoint), maintain proposal metrics, perform daily RFP searches, and mentor staff. Work is deadline-driven and requires strong editing, formatting, and team leadership.

Own the post-sale customer relationship from agreement development through onboarding, integration, enablement, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build and troubleshoot customer integrations, support users in complex environments, triage platform requests, provide product feedback, and create scalable documentation and playbooks. Initially operate as a solo customer success function reporting to the CTO, then build and lead a growing customer success team.
