Coordinates proposal development and interview presentations by analyzing RFP requirements, creating compliance checklists, gathering content, proofreading, formatting documents, maintaining proposal materials, and managing production schedules. The role also produces and ships hard copies, customizes resumes and capability summaries, collaborates across teams and time zones, and supports related marketing tasks under tight deadlines.

Lead and manage a proposal team to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations. Improve proposal processes, collaborate with project managers on win themes, review and produce proposals (Word/PowerPoint), maintain proposal metrics, perform daily RFP searches, and mentor staff. Work is deadline-driven and requires strong editing, formatting, and team leadership.
