Tests software changes, customizations, integrations, and agentic test automation outputs. Maintains testing standards, validates cross-browser compatibility and coverage, documents defects and results, and coordinates with developers, technical leaders, clients, and business stakeholders. The role follows established frameworks and runbooks, supports Agile delivery, improves testing workflows, and escalates architecture-level decisions. Public Trust eligibility and DoD system access are required for this remote government-client engagement.

Collects and analyzes domain context, requirements, business rules, and workflows from stakeholders. Produces validated documentation, identifies gaps and ambiguities, coordinates with developers and QA, tracks changes, facilitates working sessions, and ensures requirements remain accurate and actionable throughout software delivery. The role supports Agile/Scrum government engagements and requires compliance with Public Trust and government information-handling requirements.

Performs human-in-the-loop validation of autonomous and AI-generated software testing. Reviews test cases and execution results, identifies false positives and coverage gaps, validates defects and evidence, conducts manual and exploratory testing, retests fixes, and maintains traceability across requirements, tests, defects, and supporting documentation. The role also requires compliance with federal security, access-control, data-handling, Public Trust, and DoD system-access requirements.

Develop and maintain a production AI-enabled software platform in a federal/DoD environment. Investigate defects, troubleshoot application and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement and deploy fixes, support incidents and releases, and maintain technical documentation. Conduct quarterly AI model tuning by evaluating behavior, adjusting prompts and configurations, validating changes, monitoring regressions, and ensuring security, governance, traceability, and change-control compliance.
