Lead regional delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries, partnering with PMs, CRAs, sponsors and cross-functional teams. Manage planning, KPIs, timelines, site startup/monitoring, regulatory submissions, safety reporting, budgets and team performance while ensuring ICH-GCP and sponsor/QMS compliance. Mentor and train project teams and monitors, prepare study documentation and support audit/inspection readiness.

Lead and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid ads, content and PR; create content; track and optimize campaign performance; manage vendors, budgets, website updates, and events; support sales initiatives and contribute to marketing strategy while mentoring junior team members.

Provide operational support for clinical study startup in the US: site activation, feasibility research, eTMF tracking, site agreements and budgets, IRB/IEC and IP-RED document collection, communication with sites/vendors, progress reporting, and preparation of study dossiers and audit documentation.

Manage and qualify inbound leads, maintain HubSpot CRM, execute B2B email campaigns and nurture workflows, create email and social content, collaborate with design and sales, track campaign performance, build reports and dashboards, and support marketing automation and data quality initiatives.
