Lead product strategy and roadmap for the eSource ecosystem (RealTime, CRIO). Act as SME for platform deployment, vendor governance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Serve as product owner, define requirements and business cases, prioritize backlogs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, support change management and user adoption, and measure performance to drive continuous improvement.

Provide in-home nursing care to clients (primarily veterans), working a minimum of 40 hours/week on travel assignments. PCM assigns locations (focus on NM, CO, WA, NV), provides paid accommodations, travel, car and living stipends, license reimbursement, bonuses, and weekly pay. PCM manages travel arrangements.

Travel to assigned locations, coordinate with PCM for accommodations and travel, maintain CPR certification and TB testing, and hold required state licensure. Support patient health, quality of life, and case management goals during multi-week assignments.
