Own day-to-day accounting for a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup: run month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconcile GL, manage revenue/billing, AP/AR, corporate card and payroll (Ramp, Rippling), ensure data integrity across Campfire, Salesforce and Replit, and drive systems, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies.

Own customer relationships from implementation through retention and expansion. Monitor account health, run usage and ROI analyses, lead business reviews, manage implementations with technical teams, identify expansion opportunities, and set standards for clear customer communication and scalable, data-driven processes.

Lead messaging, content, and go-to-market for Plenful's 340B suite. Create sales enablement, customer marketing, partner collateral, launch communications, and persona-driven ABM content to drive adoption, expansion, and pipeline.

Lead technical implementations and configuration for new customers, provide omnichannel support and documentation, engage customers to gather requirements and feedback, collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful deployments and expansions, and help refine implementation processes to accelerate customer value.
