Persona Identities Benefits Overview
At Persona, we put people first, recognizing that the health and happiness of our employees, or "Personerds," are vital to our success. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, contributing about 99% of premium costs for employees and 70% for dependents. Our wellness programs include access to Calm for mindfulness support, Ginger+ for mental health services, and One Medical for fast, 24/7 care. We also provide Maven for women’s and family health, covering fertility-related expenses up to $5,000. For financial well-being, Personerds have access to SoFi’s expert financial planners and a 401(k) plan with a 3% annual employer contribution. Life insurance is provided through Guardian, covering 100% of an employee’s salary up to $250,000. Additional benefits include 16 weeks of paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability, and a flexible leave of absence policy to support life’s diverse challenges and opportunities. At Persona, employees enjoy unlimited PTO from day one, along with quarterly Mental Health Days to recharge. We offer a $75 monthly wellness stipend and commuter benefits, including a $50 transit stipend for office employees and up to $400 for co-working spaces for remote employees. To foster connection, Persona sponsors one social event per month with a $40 allowance and covers quarterly travel for team-building events. Additional perks include a $100 headphone reimbursement, $1,000 annually for professional development, and professional headshot coverage to support career growth.
Compensation + Benefits
Offers 401(K)
Persona provides 401(k) plans for all full-time employees. Persona will contribute 3% of your base salary each year, regardless of your contribution.

Persona’s Life Insurance plan provides basic life coverage for all full-time employees in the amount of 100% of your annual salary, to a maximum of $250,000.

Provides family medical leave
