Supports sales activities in the food service industry, including merchandising, order processing, shelf stocking, territory management, cold calling, account support, sales presentations, analytics, promotional initiatives, and blitz activities. The intern shadows sales teams, gains exposure to delivery and operations, and travels locally to customer locations and company events.

Supports account management, business development, product sampling, deliveries, point-of-sale execution, and special projects. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, process improvement, sales and marketing support, research, project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and preparing presentations. The intern must communicate effectively, interact comfortably with customers, lift 40-pound boxes, and travel locally to customer locations and company events.

18-24 month rotational leadership development program exposing associates to sales, route operations, product management, and commercial execution. Participants complete manager-guided curriculum, assume progressive supervisory duties, use handheld systems and route equipment, and travel (~30%) across regional locations prior to placement in a supervisory sales role.
