Set the technical direction for machine learning at Payabli by maturing production risk models and launching new models across the payments lifecycle. Establish experimentation, monitoring, drift detection, benchmarking, retraining, and incident-response foundations. Translate payments challenges into modeling opportunities, connect model performance to business outcomes, influence the ML roadmap, and mentor engineers while partnering with product, engineering, and risk operations.

Own the architecture and reliability of Payabli’s core payments infrastructure, including exactly-once payment execution, APIs, multi-rail orchestration, batching, funding, reconciliation, ledgering, observability, and failover. As the founding Payments Core engineer and senior individual contributor, establish technical standards, influence architecture, set hiring criteria, and build systems capable of processing high-volume money movement accurately and reliably.

Lead post-sales integrations and implementation projects for software partners, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing project plans, documentation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination while providing ongoing integration support and product expertise for Payabli's payments platform.

Founding data engineer to design and build Payabli's data platform: architect lakehouse/warehouse, build batch and streaming pipelines, model canonical datasets, ensure data quality/observability, enforce access/masking/lineage for regulated financial data, and enable analytics/ML feature pipelines while establishing team standards and CI/CD.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and maintain frontend applications and reusable components, integrate APIs, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality user experiences in the fintech space.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for a payments platform: investigate and resolve integration and configuration issues, interpret API responses and webhook payloads, maintain SLAs, escalate clearly to engineering, build documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with Success, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in C#/.NET powering payment routing, connector management, and platform configuration. Build secure, observable APIs and high-volume transaction processing systems, collaborate across Product/AI/Engineering, mentor junior engineers, drive architecture and standards, and own full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

The Senior Product Manager will enhance Payabli's foundational services, focusing on identity management, embedded components, tokenization, communications compliance, logging, and API ecosystem. This role requires direct collaboration with engineering to ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient platform.

The Director of Implementation will oversee complex customer implementations, lead teams, optimize processes, and enhance partner collaboration in a fintech environment.
