Manages and grows a portfolio of HVAC contractor and dealer accounts through outbound engagement, virtual meetings, partner activation, financing adoption, and account development. The role drives sales and funding targets, identifies upsell opportunities, re-engages inactive partners, maintains Salesforce forecasts, conducts virtual product training, and provides partner feedback to improve programs and customer experience.

Leads compensation strategy, executive compensation, equity and long-term incentive programs, including Compensation Committee support and public-company disclosures. Oversees benefits and People Operations teams, annual rewards planning, pay structures, market benchmarking, equity modeling, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance, governance, controls, and process improvement. Advises executives and develops scalable rewards programs while coaching teams and partnering with Finance, Legal, Accounting, external advisors, and the Board.

Own monthly and quarterly reporting for solar, PPA, lease, and battery financing portfolios. Build reporting frameworks for new transactions, track performance metrics, maintain audit-ready records, support investor communications, and prepare materials for tax equity and institutional partners. Improve data flows and automate reporting using Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and AI-assisted solutions while collaborating with Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, legal, and deal execution teams.

Owns financial systems enhancement, configuration, controls, testing, master data governance, process mapping, and automation. Serves as a technofunctional bridge between Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, auditors, and external vendors. The role primarily supports NetSuite and related financial applications, manages ITGC and segregation-of-duties controls, coordinates UAT and SDLC documentation, and improves O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.

Lead administration and technical ownership of SaaS and core business systems, including Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, ITSM platforms, APIs, and middleware. Architect integrations, automate onboarding and offboarding, manage identity and access, support compliance controls, and improve service delivery. Own IT-focused AI initiatives, mentor junior staff, lead projects, and serve as an escalation point between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Manage the company’s litigation, regulatory investigations, insurance claims, outside counsel, discovery, and e-discovery processes. Develop litigation strategies, oversee pleadings and settlements, advise stakeholders on dispute risks and document retention, conduct internal investigations, monitor litigation portfolios and costs, and provide training on risk mitigation. The role also supports corporate initiatives and process improvements while partnering with legal, IT, insurance, risk, and business teams.

Own and lead Palmetto’s end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, controls documentation, testing, remediation, ITGC evaluation, and audit coordination. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, and HR to strengthen financial reporting controls. Report program status and metrics to executives and the Audit Committee, deliver controls training, and monitor SEC, PCAOB, and COSO developments.

Supports EPC partners using Palmetto’s renewable-energy financing products by managing portal queues, resolving transaction blockers, providing partner coaching, and handling support requests. The role collaborates with regional Relationship Managers, builds partner relationships, analyzes interaction trends, supports pipeline reviews, and contributes to process and product improvements that increase partner engagement and customer experience.
