Leads client-facing Sage Intacct integration and AP automation implementations from discovery through deployment. Responsibilities include solution design, pre-sales support, requirements gathering, configuration, project planning, testing, UAT, issue resolution, client training, documentation, and coordination with internal and client teams. Serves as the Intacct integration subject matter expert while contributing product feedback and implementation best practices.

Develop and close new SaaS business, build sales pipelines, present product demonstrations, negotiate proposals and contracts, exceed quotas, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role targets finance leaders and CFOs, manages mid-market sales cycles, collaborates with internal teams and partners, provides product feedback, maintains Salesforce records, participates in industry events, and mentors SDRs and associate account executives.

Lead client onboarding for an AI-powered AP SaaS platform: design training programs, map and transform workflows, track adoption metrics, consult on change management, and collaborate with Product to remove user friction and ensure on-time go-lives.

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent client implementations of an AI-powered AP automation platform. Design tailored project plans, manage stakeholders and timelines, coordinate cross-functional technical work, map and transform client workflows, and ensure successful product adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.

Lead FP&A for a SaaS + payments business: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and unit-economics modeling. Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze ARR/MRR, churn, GPV, take rates and pricing. Build dashboards, automate reporting, reconcile GAAP to operating metrics, and deliver monthly/quarterly variance and board reporting. Manage and grow an FP&A team and optimize tools and processes to support strategic decision-making and margin improvement.
