OpenSesame Benefits Overview

Leads and develops the internal IT helpdesk and systems administration team, shifting operations from reactive support to proactive service delivery. Owns IT roadmaps, cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, authentication and access standards, disaster recovery, security improvements, and process automation. Establishes measurable KPIs and audit-ready onboarding and offboarding workflows while improving documentation, service levels, workload visibility, and operational accountability.

Supports the Partnerships Team through partner database management, data analysis, reporting, documentation, workflow improvements, and project management. The intern will learn Salesforce, PRM systems, Google Sheets, project management tools, and AI technologies; contribute to partner programs, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, and eventually lead initiatives that produce measurable results.

Own and improve partner sales operations across lead submission, attribution, opportunity management, reporting, tool adoption, automation, and quote-to-cash workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Systems, Marketing, and Enablement to improve data quality, pipeline visibility, forecasting, partner performance insights, and operational efficiency. This manager-level individual contributor will translate complex data and processes into scalable systems, actionable recommendations, and measurable improvements.
