Lead advanced analytics for countrywide insurance product programs: build dashboards and monitoring frameworks, conduct deep-dive analyses and predictive modeling, identify systemic process and data gaps, partner with product and cross-functional teams, and influence strategic decisions to improve growth, retention, and profitability.

Provide advanced end-user technical support and act as an escalation point. Administer user accounts, access control, Okta and Google Workspace; manage assets and onboarding; lead small-to-medium IT projects; document processes; train users and junior staff; troubleshoot macOS and Windows systems and networking; identify and implement process improvements.

Own state-level strategy and market performance for assigned regions, manage state filing and DOI relationships, collaborate with Technology and Operations on launches and rate reviews, analyze KPIs and profitability drivers, develop strategic recommendations and cost-benefit analyses, gather field market feedback, and contribute to product development, data evaluations, and competitive intelligence for homeowners/P&C insurance products.
