Develops engineered solutions, operating standards, budgets, and recommendations; supports outages and troubleshooting; leads root cause analyses; evaluates emerging technologies; and coordinates with plant teams, contractors, suppliers, and senior management. The role is remote with up to 25% travel and requires field work at generation facilities.

Provide fleet-wide electrical engineering support for renewable and thermal generation: diagnose trip events, perform relay settings and power system studies (ETAP/SKM/EasyPower), conduct arc flash analyses, support maintenance and NERC compliance (PRC/MOD/FAC families), assist in outage restoration and root-cause analysis, and offer development/M&A technical input.
