Coordinates penetration testing engagements from scoping through delivery. Leads client calls, manages schedules, organizes access and engagement documentation, coordinates internal pentesting resources, communicates status, answers technical questions, and supports quality assurance. The role suits a junior pentester developing client relationship and project coordination skills while applying knowledge of networking, operating systems, command lines, web applications, vulnerabilities, and testing methodologies.

Reviews client evidence and controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR audit readiness. Supports security program managers with client consultations, control implementation, policies, procedures, integrations, auditor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Identifies evidence gaps, documents actionable findings, tracks readiness metrics, contributes to QA standards, and provides product feedback. The role combines internal audit quality assurance with client-facing security compliance support.

Provide fast, thoughtful customer support through Slack and email for platform navigation, onboarding, billing, and pentest scheduling. Triage and document issues, route escalations, send timely updates, maintain accurate ticket records in Pylon, and contribute to the knowledge base. Collaborate with Security Program Managers, Customer Success, and Engineering while helping build the support function and processes in a fully remote, high-growth environment.

Own the go-to-market data infrastructure, integrating HubSpot, Dreamdata, advertising platforms, PostHog, and website data into BigQuery. Diagnose tracking and attribution discrepancies, configure multi-touch revenue attribution, and build executive dashboards covering channel performance and revenue. Develop ABM workflows using Clay, enrichment, behavioral signals, and AI personalization. Partner with sales and marketing to improve funnel visibility, campaign decisions, and outbound effectiveness.

Serve as part-vCISO and account manager: assess client security posture, design and customize security programs mapping controls to infrastructure, liaise with auditors, guide implementations, advise engineering on integrations, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational security.

Own integration, configuration, and output quality of security tooling; tune findings to reduce noise; design severity scoring, triage flows, and enrichment; build a security judgment layer; partner with engineering, product, and design; engage with customers; benchmark and contribute to open-source security tooling.

Build end-to-end AI integrations in a cybersecurity platform: gather contextual security data, call and optimize AI services, map responses to actionable UI (React), implement error/fallback handling, monitoring, caching, and user feedback loops while working directly with customers.

Own product direction for a code security suite (SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC, secrets, container scanning). Prioritize roadmap and sequencing, make scope tradeoffs, work with design and engineering, run customer/design partner interviews, define competitive bar, coordinate free-tier/Product Hunt launch, track usage metrics, and integrate AI features.

Lead end-to-end UX for a cybersecurity SaaS platform: run usability research and customer interviews, design onboarding and core workflows, translate complex security data into approachable experiences, extend and maintain Storybook component library, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and develop reusable patterns for AI-powered workflows.
