Executes and coordinates multi-channel member marketing campaigns across email, SMS, landing pages, and direct mail. Manages campaign QA, vendor and event logistics, marketing intake, experiment pipelines, customer launch checklists, content updates, reporting, and automation handoffs. Works cross-functionally with Customer Success, Member Services, Product, creative partners, and external print and mail vendors to deliver timely, accurate, brand-aligned communications.

Leads OneImaging’s engagement marketing and operations to increase radiology service utilization. Builds data-driven, multichannel campaigns; manages marketing technology infrastructure, including Braze; uses eligibility, authorization, and claims data to target members; partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Member Services; and continuously optimizes creative and campaign performance. The role also contributes leadership, team building, and healthcare marketing innovation.

Provides Tier 2 IT support and serves as the escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, access, and identity issues. Administers Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, endpoint management, device deployments, patching, and security. Performs root-cause analysis, supports business applications, mentors Tier 1 staff, maintains documentation and runbooks, coordinates vendor resolutions, analyzes ticket trends, and contributes to IT projects and process improvements.
