Oversees cloud systems, networking, endpoint management, SaaS lifecycle, helpdesk operations, onboarding and offboarding, access governance, and user support. Manages IT policies, budgets, audits, security tools, incident response, and vendor relationships while balancing strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

Own monthly demand forecasts for assigned customers and SKUs in Anaplan, including baseline, promotions, launches, phase-outs, scenarios, and documented overrides. Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities; present recommendations in consensus and S&OP meetings. Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Planning on assumptions, inventory, allocation, and long-range planning. Support Anaplan implementation, data validation, reporting, and migration from Excel.

Leads enterprise pricing, price-pack architecture, portfolio strategy, retailer economics, and innovation commercialization for profitable growth. Develops pricing analyses, elasticity models, business cases, scenario tests, consumer value ladders, and governance frameworks. Partners with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Finance, Trade Promotion, and commercial leaders across channels to shape pricing roadmaps, optimize assortments, assess cannibalization and incrementality, and translate complex analytics into executive recommendations.
