Support management and growth of East Coast retail accounts by assisting sales planning and execution, reporting, promotional planning, customer presentations, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Build account knowledge and support senior account leaders.

Manage all personnel, sales, and operations for an assigned retail division, overseeing P&L, budgets, DC compliance, distribution flow, Independent Operator relationships, staffing, training, and sales/marketing coordination to achieve targets and reduce out-of-stocks.

Drive sales growth across assigned routes by building relationships with drivers, store managers, and key decision makers. Prospect and manage leads, secure product placement and ads, maintain inventory and route paperwork, communicate weekly with management, attend store events, enforce safety and hygiene procedures, and ensure high customer service and compliance.

Own and optimize data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS and Microsoft Fabric. Build and maintain SQL Server data warehouse staging, transformations, and lakehouse ingestion. Implement CI/CD, version control with GitHub, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot data issues, document data flows, and translate stakeholder requirements into data engineering solutions that support BI reporting.
