To that end, Northwestern Mutual has launched initiatives to invest in Black entrepreneurs and advance women in tech, and weaves diversity into everything it does. More than 94 percent of employees have completed training on allyship and eight different ERGs provide underrepresented teammates with a culture of inclusivity and respect.
What I value most about the Hispanic ERG is that we can easily connect with colleagues who have a similar background. We share a connection, and it gives me a greater sense of belonging.
