Conduct CRM implementations, client and internal training, go-live support, issue resolution, workflow analysis, and post-go-live optimization. The role partners with internal teams, communicates implementation progress, investigates client issues, and helps healthcare organizations improve software workflows while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations.

Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, equity, incentives, and recognition programs for a growing SaaS organization. Oversee benchmarking, compliance, annual compensation and open enrollment cycles, HRIS and reporting systems, vendor relationships, and equity administration. Partner with Finance, Legal, executives, and HR leaders to ensure equitable, competitive, data-driven rewards programs. Lead and develop a small Total Rewards team while remaining hands-on in execution.

The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will manage marketing systems and processes, support campaign launches, optimize databases, and drive performance analysis to enhance company growth and revenue.

Sell Nextech to physician practices (typically 3+ doctors) by prospecting, demonstrating software, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, transitioning clients to account managers, mentoring sales staff, and using Salesforce to track leads and forecast. Meet quotas and KPIs, support implementations and go-live, and travel within the territory (up to 50%).
