Manage clients' real estate data center information and lease portfolios: read and abstract complex lease documents, monitor critical dates, ensure data integrity, generate reports, oversee help desk and audit functions, reconcile invoices, identify risks and savings, maintain client relationships, and assign work to analysts.

Lead and deliver office and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. Oversee architects, engineers, contractors and relocation/furniture vendors; manage budgets, schedules, scope changes, compliance, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across facilities, IS, security and building trades; act as primary client contact.
