Performs financial analysis and monitors property and borrower financial conditions for elevated-risk situations. Reviews financial statements, maintains databases and reports, supports compliance processing, reports findings to investors and management, escalates risk indicators, recommends problem-loan transfers, and monitors compliance with loan documents. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree and 10–20% travel.

Leads category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier management for facilities and project management spend. Develops preferred supplier programs, conducts spend analyses, supports business development and RFPs, negotiates supplier agreements, presents to executives and clients, and drives procurement targets. Collaborates with procurement, finance, facilities, property management, and suppliers to implement roadmaps, expand program coverage, and improve sourcing practices. Initially an individual contributor, the role will eventually hire and manage Category Managers.

Lead and deliver office and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. Oversee architects, engineers, contractors and relocation/furniture vendors; manage budgets, schedules, scope changes, compliance, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across facilities, IS, security and building trades; act as primary client contact.

Manages a portfolio of transitional commercial real estate loans through asset surveillance, underwriting, collateral valuation, covenant testing, draw approval, lease analysis, and quarterly and annual reviews. Coordinates with servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants; prepares credit committee materials; presents findings to portfolio leadership; and mentors junior staff. The role requires commercial real estate finance expertise, DCF analysis, Argus, and Excel proficiency.

Supports the firm's compliance and governance framework for mortgage lending and servicing operations. Oversees policies, regulatory and investor deliverables, audits, certifications, reporting, licensing requirements, document governance, insurance compliance, wire audits, and remediation. Manages the GST team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with federal, state, municipal, GSE, HUD, Ginnie Mae, and corporate requirements.

Manages commercial real estate purchase, sale, lease, renewal, sublease, and termination transactions. Coordinates clients, brokers, landlords, internal business units, and service providers; oversees transaction milestones, documentation, financial analyses, negotiations, reporting, commissions, and project closeout. Supports corporate real estate portfolio strategy and serves as a primary liaison for transaction-related inquiries and administrative matters.
