Lead technical operations and hands-on maintenance for IT and OT systems in manufacturing and office environments. Install, configure, and support servers, networks, virtualization, storage, VoIP, and shop floor HMI/PLC systems. Serve as escalation point for complex incidents, coordinate third-party vendors, manage CMDB, mentor staff, analyze KPIs/SLAs, and maintain documentation and SOPs to ensure stability, security, and business continuity.

Create and maintain efficient production schedules for corrugator and plant operations, minimize waste, ensure on-time material deliveries, coordinate with sales/CSR and transportation, generate forecasts, and enforce safety and company policies to meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.
