Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and substance-use treatment for ACT program clients. Oversee medical and clinical services, supervise psychiatric and medical staff, guide treatment planning, monitor client progress, collaborate with healthcare providers, and support clients’ recovery and community stability. The psychiatrist must remain available to ACT team members and medical collaborators as needed.
