Assist the Driller and rig leadership with rig and equipment operations, support and guide crewmembers, perform equipment checks, attend safety meetings, report incidents, follow Nabors policies and permit-to-work systems, and maintain safe work practices and PPE use.

Support development and administration of global corporate insurance and risk management programs. Manage insurance renewals, multi-line claims (reporting, development, settlements), procure insurance and surety bonds, coordinate service providers, assess reserves, generate loss histories, support risk-reduction policies and audits, and assist the Director of Risk Management on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rig mechanical systems (generators, engines, compressors, pumps). Monitor equipment, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions, assist mechanic on major repairs, supervise floorhands during rig up/down, operate forklift, and perform floorhand duties as needed while following safety and fuel/oil transfer regulations.

Support operations, marketing, engineering and management to identify and implement performance improvements for rig operations. Manage customer interactions, pilot projects, data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional communication to drive service delivery, equipment/process changes, and preventative maintenance.
