Own and advance cybersecurity for satellites, flight software, ground systems, mission networks, communication links, and AWS infrastructure. Responsibilities include security architecture, threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident response, IAM, SIEM detection engineering, network defense, cloud security, DLP, security assessments, awareness training, and compliance with CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and ITAR/EAR requirements. Partners with InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure security compliance, architectural fit, cost efficiency, and effective tooling adoption.

Leads high-priority technical proposals and capture efforts from opportunity identification through contract award. Coordinates Engineering, Business Development, Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Manufacturing, and executive stakeholders to create compliant, differentiated submissions. Lead mission-level systems engineering from concept through on-orbit operations: develop mission concepts, requirements, system models, CONOPS and budgets; drive cross-disciplinary trades, manage V&V and reviews, mitigate risks, serve as primary technical customer interface, and provide technical direction across hardware, software, ground, and operations teams.
