Perform on-orbit geometric calibration and geospatial processing for multispectral infrared FireSat imagery. Design camera geometry models, geolocation calibration, bundle adjustment, orthorectification, and atmospheric corrections. Implement production-ready code and scalable processing pipelines, complete commissioning calibration for new satellites, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate spatial data products.

Lead mission formulation and architecture for EO/IR and persistent infrared/MW missions. Perform mission-level analyses, define requirements and top-level budgets, design payloads and constellations, run trade studies using software/code, and coordinate with instrument, engineering, and science teams to deliver cost-effective space mission solutions.

Lead mission readiness and performance across the Mission Foundry lifecycle: define V&V campaigns, streamline AI&T workflows, analyze on-orbit telemetry, improve autonomy and fault management, feed performance data into design iterations, and support internal tooling roadmaps to scale spacecraft production and operations.

Lead mission formulation and architecture: develop mission concepts from customer needs, perform mission-level analyses and top-level budgets, define requirements and design for spacecraft and RF/optical instruments, run engineering trade studies using code/tools, evaluate constellation configurations, and coordinate across disciplines.

Lead customer-focused collection planning, deconflict schedules, and ensure timely data collection and delivery across missions. Develop scalable collection planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, perform capacity planning, onboard and train hires, coordinate prioritization with stakeholders, and ensure customer inquiries meet contractual SLAs.

Lead development of orthomosaic tile imagery products for FireSat and SBEM: design and implement scalable mosaicking, orthorectification, and radiometric normalization algorithms; write production-ready code; author technical and customer-facing documentation; validate scientific quality; engage stakeholders and act as product owner for SBEM granule product; collaborate with engineers and scientists.

Lead radiometric calibration and image processing for multispectral infrared instruments, commission FireSat satellites, and develop/execute SBEM calibration plans. Implement production-ready pipelines, perform R&D to improve calibration, write production-quality code, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain operational remote sensing data products and services.
